Stephen M. Herz, President

Steve has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, product/business development, creative problem-solving, process improvement and P&L management. He developed his vision and practical expertise through his love of the internet business model and prior roles as Senior Vice President responsible for ELOAN's Auto Financing Business, COO of Paymap, Senior Vice President-Global Electronic Commerce for Visa International, plus several senior management roles at Chase Manhattan including SVP-Market Segment Executive, SVP-Branch Automation, SVP Consumer Banking Distribution.

In his spare time, Steve likes to enjoy everything outdoors; skiing, boating, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, beaching, or just soaking up the sun and fresh air.

Debbie Contrada, Senior Producer

After graduating Texas A&M with a B. A. in Russian, producer Debbie Contrada traveled throughout Europe and eventually settled in The Windy City of Chicago. She then joined Arthur Andersen as a Graphic Designer migrating content to their new Intranet. In 1998, she relocated to California and began the fast paced life of motherhood and working full time. Previous companies include Verizon Wireless as a Release Manager, Ellie Mae as an IT Project Manager, and most recently, she joined Moonstone in 2007.

When Debbie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family watching movies, eating out and traveling. While her husband was in Iraq, she loaded up the minivan with 1 yr. old son and 3 yr. old daughter to begin a 3 month journey across the US visiting family, friends and National Parks. They traveled through 37 states and drove 15,000 miles.

Thom Howard, Technical Director

Thom has been building data driven systems for almost twenty years. In this time he has lead development efforts for Fortune 500 clients such as The Gap, Charles Schwab, DHL and Amgen. For the last ten years he has been designing web based solutions for a wide variety of Internet enabled enterprises including the online publishing pioneer Red Herring and eProcurement innovator Prosavvy. His experience with content management systems began in 1996 at Red Herring and continues today with recent Ektron implementations at Online Documents and Wildlifekidsclub.

Scott Shockney, WEBSITE director, oNLINE MARKETING AND AFFILIATE PROGRAMS

As Moonstone’s Website Director, Scott is responsible for direct design and implementation of websites in the E-commerce vertical. After extensive market analysis he strategically develops and directs the web productions to maximize identified e-commerce areas focusing on optimized search engine techniques and a superior customer online experience. He has extensive experience in planning and design of core products, processes and technologies for online sales. As an Automotive General Manager, he established an Internet sales department that led the U.S. in online auto sales for two consecutive years. He defined and created business requirements for dealer related web site capabilities as Director of Automotive Sales at E-LOAN.com. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. In the off Moonstone hours, Scott is actively involved in teaching martial arts and currently has a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and a 1st degree black belt in Hapkido.
