STEPHEN M. HERZ - PRESIDENT AND CEO
As President of Moonstone Interactive, Steve is responsible for the company''s strategy, client consulting for online business strategies and client relations.
Steve has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, product/business development, creative problem-solving, process improvement and P&L management. He developed his vision and practical expertise through his love of the internet business model and prior roles as Senior Vice President responsible for ELOAN''s Auto Financing Business, COO of Paymap, Senior Vice President-Global Electronic Commerce for Visa International, plus several senior management roles at Chase Manhattan including SVP-Market Segment Executive, SVP-Branch Automation, SVP Consumer Banking Distribution.
In his spare time, Steve likes to enjoy everything outdoors; skiing, boating, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, beaching, or just soaking up the sun and fresh air.
MARY ORRETT - SENIOR PRODUCER
Mary comes to us with a well-rounded background in Marketing and Sales, along with over 14 years experience in Content Management working for Documentum, Inc. She has an extensive background in web development and graphic design and has worked with teams to design, develop, and deploy multiple high powered, multi functional web and intranet sites, produce numerous content management solution demos, and she independently developed and implemented a program to customize the UI for web applications.
Outside of work, Mary loves being a mother to her 3 beautiful children. Spending time with her family is the highlight of her days, but she also enjoys all sports (playing and watching), sandy beaches, exercising, trying new foods and traveling to new destinations.
MADHAVI GORREPATI - WEB DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
After receiving her Computer Engineering degree, Madhavi began her career in the Desktop development. From there she moved into web development where she has spent the past twelve years. During her employment at CSWL Inc a Consulting Company, Pleasanton, Madhavi developed data driven web applications from the ground up. She worked with many different clients, which gave her exposure and knowledge of multiple platforms. She transitioned into a position at Performant Financial Corporation Group, Livermore, working as a Web Developer for their start up company Vista Financial Incorporated where she handled all their web development, including supporting the marketing department's internal and external systems.
Madhavi was a Tennikoit player during her high school years. Now she loves being mother of her 2 daughter's, enjoys spending time with her family and attending her daughter's dance and music concerts.
JASON HERZ - QUALITY ASSURANCE DIRECTOR
Jason is very well organized, with an extremely keen eye for details. He is ISTQB certified and is very meticulous with the management of our QA department. He also has detailed knowledge of website structure, design, and code, as well as the knowledge of multiple CMS systems.
On Jason's days off he does landscaping for his family and friends. He enjoys hiking, camping and fishing during the summer weekends. During the winter months, Jason is usually found watching movies and listening to music.
JACK W. CHANG - DIRECTOR OF ONLINE MARKETING AND LEAD ACQUISITION
As Moonstone’s Director of Online Marketing and Lead Acquisition, Jack is responsible for strategy development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and pay per click (PPC) in the Client Services, and Lead Generation Business. With over 14 years of solid experiences and expertise in SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ email/ affiliate/ display advertising, Jack has built thousands R.O.I and margin driven campaigns in various verticals that have generated high profit margin of 55%+, while increased revenue and profit by as much as 400%.
Jack oversees all online marketing initiatives, website & conversion optimization, Web analytics, and online user experience (UX). Prior to joining Moonstone, Jack was the Senior Online Marketing Manager at Reply, Inc.; Senior Internet Media Specialist at SuperMedia LLC; and Senior SEM Manager & Strategist at ConVertical.
In the off Moonstone hours, Jack is actively involved in mentoring and coaching online marketing professionals, and coaching basketball at the local YMCA.
